MCM | IRESS File Generator | Version 3.4

The MCM / IRESS Custodian Data File Generator is designed to capture portfolio custodian data from the IRESS Market Technology application for use in the MCM system.

This solution can be used in places where custodians do not provide regular portfolio data.

The utility is not automated and it requires the user to open the appropriate IRESS/DFS screen and copy and paste the contents into the designated MS Excel work sheets that are part of the utility.

Installation Guide

Press the above Download Now button and then simply follow the below steps.

  1. Download and save the zip file to a folder on your hard-disk
  2. Exit and close MCM
  3. Open the folder ..\MCM\System and rename or remove the existing file MCM_IRESS_CUS_Data.xls
  4. From the zip file extract the enclosed file to the ..\MCM\System folder
MCM System Requirements

The following minimum requirements are applicable for a successful MCM installation.

PC & Windows OS

  • Windows Vista, Windows 7, 10 or 11
  • At least 1 GHz Intel or AMD processor
  • At least 4GB of RAM
  • At least 250MB of Hard disk space
  • Access to the Internet

Application Integration

  • Microsoft Office 2016 or later
  • Internet Browser

Database Options

  • Microsoft Office 2016, 2019 and 2021 (Professional or Standard Editions)
  • Micrsoft 365 Access Runtime (FREE)
